Very happy with my experience with MN Embroidery & Promotions. Always having a nice conversation/design consultation with the team every time i come in. My artwork that was embroidered looked phenomenal also. I have had many friends ask me where I am getting my clothing embroidered and I have been recommending this place to friends and family. I have been working with Gary and Bridget for years. They do a great job and make my life easier. Quick & good communication, always send me a quote or promo options quickly. If issues arise they are quick to make things right. Great service! They care about taking care of their customers and it shows.
They are the best in the business! Massive selection of high quality products and they stand by their work, even when it is not their fault. See below. ~8 moths ago I purchased some custom Carhart duffle bags for our staff. One of the bags stated to come apart at the seems. Despite the quality Carhart is known for they deemed this "normal wear and tear" and would not replace it. Without hesitation Gary replaced the item.
