If issues arise they are quick to make things right. Great service! They care about taking care of their customers and it shows.
They are the best in the business! Massive selection of high quality products and they stand by their work, even when it is not their fault. See below. ~8 moths ago I purchased some custom Carhart duffle bags for our staff. One of the bags stated to come apart at the seems. Despite the quality Carhart is known for they deemed this "normal wear and tear" and would not replace it. Without hesitation Gary replaced the item. I've given this place 2 chances they mishandled white shirts and a light blue one had dirt marks on them and you can tell someone tried to rub the dirt out smurring it future. The light blue has dirt and dust marks on it. I'm really not satisfied. She said she will work with me on this but why mishandle the clothes to begin with.
