Dr. Phil Ecker has a great reputation for excellent care. That I why I selected him to give me a second opinion on a year long, chronic condition. I prepared for the appointment and several times reached out to my current provider to make sure that he had my 12 month records before the appointment. I was surprised to hear that he had only briefly looked at them. It was suggested to me that the records were faxed to the business manager and that is why he did not get them, which sounds like a process improvement opportunity.... read more
