I used to feel exhausted, even after a full night of sleep. With Minnesota Craniofacial Center's help I discovered I had sleep apnea. I now have a sleep appliance that helps me get a great night of sleep. My energy is back and that has helped boost my quality of life.
These wonderful people have absolutely changed my life. For years I could not open my mouth without pain. Now just a few months after my first visit I am pain free and feeling the best I ever have. Dr. Hackala is very experienced and diagnosed my problem quickly. I drive 550 miles for my appointments and every mile is worth it.
Dr. Hakala was nice and professional. But the customer service, mainly Genivie lacked professionalism and proper care. I'd drive 100 milesout of my way if it meant I would not have to deal with Genivie. It's sad for Dr. Hakala.
I had the privilege of TMJD treatment by Dr. Roy Hakala in October 2015. I had jaw disc displacement on both sides, with great pain on the right side especially, and very limited mouth opening. Dr. Hakala was able to successfully manually reposition both discs back into their proper position in approx. 20 minutes. He is well trained, experienced, honest, ethical and has a gift in his hands and a gift of knowledge very few in the TMJD world posses. I traveled over 1000 miles to see this gifted man.
