Jeremy did a thorough and professional job with mitigating some issues with lingering carpet odor removal. He cleaned three rooms of carpet and was in and out efficiently. He clearly explained his process and gave options for next steps. Pricing is transparent and fair. Highly recommended!
Jeremy is amazing and so are his prices. We were in the process of selling our house and needed expert advice on the conditional of the amusement room rug. We were thinking we would likely have to replace it, but Jeremy examined the rug extensively and determined that was not the case. He gave it a deep cleaning, and it looked great, saving us a couple thousand. Needless to say, we are extremely grateful for his expertise and would recommend Minnesota Cleaning and Restoration 100%.
As the owner/operator, Jeremy really knows his business. We had him clean an apartment carpeting. I learned a lot of tips just from talking with him and he did a super job of cleaning. As an added bonus, he is really nice guy! :)
Wow I have used so many carpet cleaners in the past. I have never met anyone in that field is so detail and upfront about what was going on with the steps and stains on the carpet. Jeremey went ahead to put extra work on it to make sure that I was happy. This is a small business owner that takes pride of his company! I will definitely use him again in the future! You will not be disappointed!
