Jeremy is a magician!! In three separate visits, he completely removed a big ink stain (made worse by me) from a very expensive Italian couch, cleaned my condo's 4-year old low-pile carpeting so it looked the as new as the left-over carpet pieces I had from the initial installation, and cleaned a pet stain from my brand-new couch.
