Small owner-operated business that has been around for years. Very knowledgeable and recommended based on needs and budget and did not try and upsell me. I ended up choosing a great durable stain resistant carpet that was actually made out of recycled materials! I'm very happy with it and it is holding up well with no issues - still looking brand new and was installed last summer. We purchased title and clue for our bathroom and we ended up having an extra box of title and one extra container of glue. We went to return the items and we're told that the title manufacturer had a restocking fee which I figured would happen. But I thought a 40% restocking fee was very steep. But when he charged us a restocking fee for the glue which is a stock idem off his shelf ,that was ridiculous. If you decide to do business with this store, make sure you find out his return policy.
