Extremely helpful and patient. Returned my calls within the hour when I had to leave a message. Very personable and easy to work with.
I called to get my username and password because I lost my phone and my phone had all my password in it. He asked me to confirm my social security and after confirming my social security for him he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t know my security question/answers that I made in 2014. Not just that he was in a rush to hang up and didn’t want to give me any resolution and the more I asked him questions the more he got angry with me.
