GOLDEN ASPEN FLATS in COON RAPIDS is Terrible - DO NOT LIVE HERE I'm giving this apartment complex a 1-star rating because it's awful. I'm paying A-level prices for a C-level property. There are no amenities, except for a gym that's sparsely used. The patio furniture was missing all summer. The facility has been broken into, Amazon packages are stolen, and there are two abandoned cars in the parking lot. The property management group INH is incompetent.
