I'm giving 5 starts for property manager DeRay. Despite any challenges that have risen he has been exemplary! He goes above and beyond with his customer service, is involved and cares!!! He doesn't mind doing what has to be done and you see his team following his lead! He is the VERY BEST property manager I have ever had the joy of working with, he is the reason I want to stay despite some challenges upon move in. I was not happy with they handled request malfunctions
I lived there for over a year. Items in my apartment would come up missing. Also, pretty sure they would spy on you from the attic. My neighbors and I would constantly hear foot steps in the attic. Sketchy place to live. Glad I left. Side note, the manager is really nice.
