From my initial call to schedule a consult appointment forward, I have had a truly incredible experience with Minnesota Vein Center. The front office staff and providers are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. I first went in thinking I only needed cosmetic procedure on my legs. Heather was so great, walked me through the cosmetic process and also helped connect me with the medical provider to address my varicose veins first. I had a procedure done over two days. Just had my follow up today. This Center is 100% top notch. Friendly staff that follows through with requests. Great communication. They kept all our appointments without the typical Dr. office wait. The procedures worked great. There was a snowstorm last night and I was worried that my 1.5-hour commute to the office would end with the Dr. not showing. Not only was she there, but she was also early. I wish all health care clinics cared this much for their patients....
I’m currently at home recovering from my procedure and can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Thoreson! From our initial consult to the procedure today, his bedside manner and communication made me feel 100% comfortable and all staff members I interacted with were wonderful. No hesitation to recommend friends and family to this clinic and Dr. Thoreson specifically.
