Went to go get checked out 9/17/25, been sitting for 2 1/2 hours, Dana the manager on duty can’t do anything but say maybe and i don’t know and whoever the nurse is a check in should be fired not even talking to her and she just wants to chirp in to argue and tell me what I should think. I moved here from WI, where VA care was a very different and overall dispiriting experience. At the MN VA, I’ve received the absolute best care. The Polytrauma, OT, PT, Audiology, Speech, and other therapy teams are exceptional! Even though it’s been years since I needed their full support, I still use the tools and skills they gave me. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they provided, and continue to provide.
