My team completed the job as agreed, but unfortunately, James never paid us for the labor. He later claimed he hurt his feet, but in my view, that’s not a valid reason to refuse payment—especially when he was the one who hired the labor and the job was completed. James never stopped our chimney roof from leaking. We since have had a different contractor complete the job. Our most recent contractor said the repair was done incorrectly and the materials used were not of good quality. James put a railing in that is crooked. He promised to return and fix it but always had an excuse. He would not return texts or phone calls. He promised a refund but it never showed up. It was a 5K job with 3/4 of the job not done corrrectly.
James did an outstanding job repairing our roof at our business. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what he said he would do. I would absolutely recommend James and MSP Commercial Roofing!
