Both Jeff and Sharon Englar are very nice people. Their turn around for maintenance on equipment is excellent. They pickup/serviced my snowblower in a timely manner. I highly recommend them, they've been around for decades.
honest small business that takes care of you
I purchased a Husqvarna leaf blower and an Echo trimmer from Jeff. I have made multiple trips into the store since for everything from oil to chainsaw blades. You don't get close to the knowledge and customer service from a big box store that you do from MSI. Highly recommended and will continue to use them for all of my power equipment needs.
This is the most honest shop I have ever seen. The customer service is above and beyond. I wish all businesses were run like this one!
