The workers here are not held accountable for their lack of professionalism. If you need help, they do not respond! They don’t care because it doesn’t affect their housing, but they don’t realize clients depend on them for their help! Please start auditing your employees and the type of service they provide because it’s unacceptable!
Mine is different from housing issues. Their hiring process is a mess. Regardless of your qualifications they don't give opportunity for interview. This is how their script says "unfortunately, the application you submitted does not meet the minimum requirements for this position. If you have more information share with us". Three of my friends who are fully experienced received same copy and paste messages. Please review qualifications accordingly. The email response comes from one recruiter.
MPHA HOUSING HASN'T HELPED BLACK MEN FOR YEARS....SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN GET RID OF AN ORGANIZATION THAT DOESN'T REPRESENT US... Jen in the rent department is a very nice and knowledgeable person. Her help was very much appreciated.
I have never had any problems getting ahold of my section 8 worker up until now. I’m trying to move into a new apt soon but my worker refuses to call me or email me back. I don’t know what else to do. I’m thankful for my housing I just wish the staff would treat us a lot better.
