Leaving this review about my experience as a guest at a wedding. I’ve also stayed at this location and so has my family on many occasions. On May 25, 2025, the catering service burned my arm with their coffee thermos. I was in pain for over 36 hours. The associate bent down and hit my arm for several seconds leaving me in severe pain, unable to enjoy my cousins wedding. I missed Out ok most of it due to the trauma, pain, redness, in my arm. I booked a Corner Room Suite for my family of four (two adults and two children ages 4 and under). When I arrived to check in at approximately 6:00 PM, I was informed by the front desk that no suites were available, despite having a confirmed suite reservation in the Marriott app. While speaking with the front desk staff, I checked the Marriott app and found that it was still allowing guests to book suites for that same night. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. My room had been updated with a great walk-in shower. I was on the 12th floor and never had to wait very long for an elevator. I’ve noticed some hotels no longer offer a Business Center- I needed to print a document and thought the their business center workspace was excellent. Highly recommend Note to management, you have a nice hotel; the rooms are great, everything was first class, except for the chair in my room. See attached photo. Room 1208
