I recently stayed at the Marriot southwest and have improper charges on my bill. I have reached out multiple times and still have not received a copy of my folio or had the charges reversed despite the GM James Peterson assuring me this would occur.
Great customer service friendly staff
Was here for an event. Over 300 people on attendance and it didn't feel cramped at all. Beautiful venue and a great layout.
Went there for an event in the ballroom.
