People here have no interest in being helpful or nice. They have these signs on the windows talking about kindness but that's a laugh. The people here are rude as hell. Maybe if you hate your job, find a new one.. We all have to deal with it.
You know I had the pleasure of working with Jason usually when my car gets towed I’m never usually happy or in a good mood, but I couldn’t be mad at anybody but myself because I should’ve got up and moved my car lol but that’s besides the point I came to the impound to get my car and Jason was literally a delight. This was totally on me, I parked on a rush hour 4-6pm street. The printing was very small, but still my bad. And that doesn't reflect on the people that work there, to a person, they were wonderful. The cashier was a doll, and the driver was excellent.
Paid 300 dollars to get my car, and they dumped it in a snowbank i cant get out of
