I appreciate your response, but I need to correct several misstatements in it—especially since you’ve accused me of misrepresenting the situation. First, while I wasn’t the one who submitted the online form, I was the homeowner, present for the service, and directly involved in coordinating it. The gutter cleaning service is fine, but shortly after the guy who visited did the work, they sent me a text notifying me of another scheduled appointment, without my authorization or even asking. These cost a lot of money, but it would not be acceptable even if the service was cheap. Businesses should not sign you up for services you didn't consent to. Do not trust a business that will do this. Do not use this company.

The crew that showed did good work, but too many weird red flags on this business. #1 I scheduled an appointment, yet they showed up 2 full days earlier in the middle of a business day when I was not home, let themselves onto my property and did their business. #2 without confirming anything with me, their system automatically scheduled another appointment in 6 months. #3 They also advertise to dispose of the waste properly, but the reality was they just blew all the stuff out of the gutters into the yard, including a large ... read more
