Weirdly very passive aggressive with me from the moment I walked in for an estimate. Prices and lead time weren’t competitive, at least for what I was looking for. I must not have looked like the kind of customer wanted 🤷♂️
Fantastic experience! We needed 2 slabs of granite for the tops of our radiators. We went to Minneapolis granite and picked out a remnant and then Kurt cut two pieces of it for us. They look great! Kurt is easy to work with. He communicates quickly and clearly. Highly recommend this place.
Kurt made the process of placing a memorial order for our family painless. Our entire conversation was just by email & phone. Nonetheless, he was extra diligent and went the extra mile to verify delivery of our order with tons of photos. Very attentive and detailed oriented staff member!!

Kurt and his team did a fantastic job working with us on a non-standard project in a small kitchen. Communication was always very prompt and clear. We experienced an issue the day of install, and the crew was upfront about the problem right away. Minneapolis Granite fixed it for us quickly so that install could be completed within a week. Very happy with the consistent customer service and thrilled with the end results!
