Many boat shows across the country have free admission. This one amounts to 'Pay to shop' basically. As there is absolutely nothing included except looking at boats. And don't forget, you have to pay to park too.

Just shocked by the prices of new boats. It's been going up and up the last couple of years but this was crazy high. I'll keep my boat a little longer until the manufacturers wise up. My 36k yamaha in 2009 is now 65k.

This year's Minneapolis Boat Show primarily featured pontoon boats, wakeboard boats, and fishing boats. Expensive boats with upwards of $100,000 price tags. Pontoon boats rigged with large/huge horsepower outboard motors. Typically, boats don't require brakes because when you pull back on the throttle they settle down in the water and your forward momentum is drastically reduced.
