I want to thank Minna for doing an awesome job of selling my rental. It was “as is” needing love. We put a coat of paint on it and listed at $219k as she recommended. She said she wanted a bidding war and she got it. We listed on a Friday had several showings and offers by Sunday we accepted $225k offer. After in spection we needed a roof and new plumbing which Minna helped us set up with payment from closing which was very helpful. When I finally accepted the fact that the short sale was really the only way to go, I knew immediately that Minna Reid would be the person to go to. It is her specialty! She Guided me every step of the way. Not one hiccup! And quite frankly it moved much quicker than either one of us anticipated. If you’re worried about your credit score, don’t be. Mine jumped 57 points within six weeks of closing. Listen to her, follow her direction, and breathe… Just know it will all be OK!
