Dr. Minna's brother is at same hospital, this is Dr. David A. Minna. It is unusual that he was not previously listed. Great resume, practiced in California 38 years, moved practice to Dallas 2008. His bedside manner is terrible, you occasional must remind him your a live patient. 6 years of work and my condition is slightly better. He ignores any correspondence, absolutely impossible to get him to cooperate with your other physicians. Partly UT Southwest medical system issue.
