The staff is friendly and the cats are well cared for. I would recommend this place.
Got my cat spayed here, they were excellent! Took very good care of her and were friendly and informative.
We had 12 feral barn cats spayed/neutered and get their shots at Minn-Kota Paaws in late 2015. They took great care of the cats, giving them extra care as needed for little or no cost (such as ear mite treatment or antibiotics). A couple of the kitties needed additional care, and they were enormously helpful...the doctors, staff, and volunteers have been wonderful! Had two female dogs spayed about 4 years ago. So affordable and my dogs had no issues.
The only reason I'm rating it 1 star is because I have to. We got our cat fixed there and it took her MULTIPLE weeks to heal. They said 2 or 3 weeks. It was more like 6. Her belly was full of blood, she threw up constantly, and just recently started to come around again.
This organization made it affordable for me to get 2 barn cats fixed and vaccinated. This is the first time we have invested in our barn cats because they seem to come and go but we are hoping this will keep them from wandering the neighborhood!!
These folks do really good work for the community!
