Calling from a provider's office and its impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone, no greeting just placed on hold for 20 min. Keep calling and no answer, called many time and automatically placed on hold over and over again. What a shame...

While this was my first visit, I called to get results and one receptionist in particular was very rude, condescending and her tone was very demeaning and just hung up on me. If you dont want to do your job dont come to work as your position is a customer service position. People skills 101 is essential.

Billing Department customer service is great but not the one who picks up phone and handles appointments. They were super impatient and sarcastic/rude (not helpful at all!) For the biopsy test, it was very uncomfortable and doctor didn’t explain well about what is going on and what to look out for. Regarding result, you need to ask them to share it unless you will only know yes/no answer when you call. And Brooklyn office is always fully booked even if you call wayy in advance, always need to travel to Staten Island.

my husband went in for a biopsy 1 week and 1 day ago today. We were told we would get the results originally 48 hours after. Still waiting, go elsewhere for your pathology needs.
