I don’t even know where to begin, but my experience with David Minkin Management was an absolute nightmare. I had to break my lease, so I knew I’d lose my security deposit, but the level of incompetence, dishonesty, and negligence I encountered with this company is beyond anything I could’ve imagined. Old buildings where you can hear every sound the person above you makes. Building is so old that they are always fixing something and you can hear it. The owners are filthy rich. They own a bunch of apartment buildings in NYC and Miami. Probably netting somewhere between 25-100 million a year. Each building has its own unique LLCs.
We moved into an apartment without renovations and did renovations ourselves including painting the walls and patching holes in the front door. After the lease ended we moved out and they charged us 2000$ from the security deposit for renovations. This company is shameless.
