I rented a space from here a few years back. It wasn't climate controlled and since it sits on marshlands, lots of my belongings were destroyed due to mold and mildew. I spent a lot of money on damp rid, etc. but the efforts couldn't outweigh the moisture. People would smoke cigarettes in the adjacent units and the smell came into my unit. There were mice too.
