The non climate controlled units at the very back of the facility are not suitable to store anything. I kept a collector car stored there for one month covered in my unit like I did ant my home for 10 years prior and everything was oxidized that was aluminum or steel. All my card board boxes I kept all my other items in started to deteriorate in that same time. All my tools I had in my tool box were also rusted. As a military family we have used all sorts of self storage options around the country. Mink St was far and away the best experience we’ve had! Everything from prices (they don’t screw you by tripling the rate later!), communication, friendliness and cleanliness they are top-tier. If we are ever back in the area again we will be using Mink St.!
Thank you for wasting almost an hour of my time and teaching me a lesson for not answering your phone call on command. The facility is listed as being open 9 to 4pm today. Yet I was told because I wasn't there at 1030, I wouldn't be able to get a unit today after I waited outside for 45 minutes waiting for the two miserable old ladies to pull up on a golf course and repremend me. I'll go down the street to a UHUAL where they treat people like people & not cadets in the army
