Just as another review said, rude and unprofessional. I sent my initial well thought out email and the first reply I get is “can i help you?” Which I followed up with “I’d hope so that’s why I sent you an email” .. definitely recommend staying AWAY unless you like someone that seems to feel as if you’re an inconvenience to the job she chose to do?? Bad first impression of trying to find a realtor in that area.
Rude and unprofessional I suggest go somewhere else for your realastate needs.
Used Mink Realty $499 Flat Fee Listing to market mom’s home on the MLS. Once the listing went live, I had a signed contract in 5 days and saved thousands of dollars. This is the second time I’ve used a flat fee listing, again with similar results. THIS IS THE FUTURE FOR SELLING REAL ESTATE.

I was interested in Mink Reality's services and signed up for their service (Sunday). The following day I no longer needed their service. Documentation for my home was not complete. I was told, they were too far along despite my home not being listed on the MLS. They were happy to take my money and congratulate me for selling my home after accomplishing nothing listed in the package I purchased. Service is straight forward and automated which is fitting because they lack humanity. Good resources for FSBO.
