Update: 4 February 2026. Nothing has changed for this builder and their lack of integrity. While our issue was now almost a year ago, it is clear their lack of follow up and care continues. We received confirmation from the owner on multiple occasions they were working on a resolution for us over the period of 7 months last year, only to have completely ghosted us. Mink encouraged us to knock down our home ready for starting the project, which resulted in us renting a property, all while they knew there were issues internally and all previous jobs had been severely underquoted, resulting in Mink needing to take loans to finish them. We engaged with Mink and paid the initial deposit $8000 along with $10,000 for the tender process—which we never even reached. Since then, the entire staff has left the business, which speaks volumes. Fortunately, we decided to walk away early on, as things continued to deteriorate quickly.
