Great staff! i had an amazing experience from the receptionist Jada to the MA Marcela, to Dr. Ngu and lastly the scheduler Alejandra, I was treated with the upmost respect, and the staff was really nice. 100% would recommend coming here they work extremely fast and efficient.
I had a pleasure of speaking with Mrs.Bernice R ! After waiting 3days getting the run around for my Dr Note she was very patient with me and very eager to help and I was able to get the paperwork I needed while having her assistance! Customer service I give her 10 stars thank you so muchhhhh
This was an amazing place. I was scared to death about anyone messing with my neck and back. I trust them a lot, they went through the process with me step by step, they knew I was scared. The most important thing that I loved is that they were understanding, respectful, caring and kind the whole team from front to back. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and experienced team to take care of them.

EDIT: They are so concerned, they waited an entire 3 YEARS to respond to me!! Also, I wanted to add my last appt with Dr Lee was disgusting. I told him I was on disability and he curled his lip, looked me up and down and said aloud to himself, "Why?! How?!" Without even asking me why. Had he asked I would have explained it had nothing to do with my injury. It has everything to do with being a kidnapping and torture survivor "doctor." You should never assume.
