This place seemed like a setup to me! Lack of professionalism and I felt I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about! The questionnaire upon arrival makes no sense! I felt I was going to see a psychiatrist not an orthopedic absolutely horrible experience

I have had a great experience here. Professional and thorough. When they handed me a questionnaire that asked about drug use it wasn’t a judgement or an attempt to be my shrink but a tool to make sure they didn’t over prescribe my meds. I appreciate that and I’m not trying to hide anything. Staff is friendly and professional.

Part of me hates to give this place only 2 stars because I absolutely love the doctor there. However, I can not ignore the issues. You can NEVER reach anyone on the phone here. EVER! When you call it sends you to an answering machine after waiting 5 - 10 minutes. They NEVER return any messages left. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago, and the doctor forgot to send in my prescription. However, I can't get a hold of anyone to tell them that. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and I will be looking for a new place to bring my busine... read more
