I called to make an appointment to get help with my shoulder pain. I was told they should call back in 24 hours because of my insurance (PPO), but I didn't actually receive a call back for a week. In that time, I called another place and they made me an appointment while I was waiting for Minivasive to call back. I really love Dr. David Nguyen he’s has a great bedside manner. I enjoy my visits each month. He is very attentive and genuinely cares for my wellbeing. Is as close as one can get to a unicorn Doctor. Validates my pain and works with me to help manage my pain. Thank you Dr. David for all you do for me! Thank you for caring!
