No!!! The worst customer service. I got my oil change there and when I left I heard a loud noise like something was dragging. I immediately took it back and asked them what that was. As I sat in my car.. I could hear them talk and the guy said "it's my fault... I did not secure the skid plate properly" and it had apparently ripped off and it was lost right after I drove off. So they said they would just secure it and told me it would be fine and not to worry.. next thing I know.. my BMW is dragging something again and I had ... read more

I took my car in for an oil change, and the technician who did the service broke the engine guard plate off of the bottom of the vehicle. They didn't mention the damage and zip-tied the broken pieces back onto the bottom. The only reason I found out was because I was moving across the state, and there was a dragging sound which caused me to investigate.I have pictures to back my claims, but I cannot upload them here.
