Still a good value, but since about 2 years ago it has gone downhill. I like having the vacuuming done and inside windows cleaned! But they used to take pride in the finished product. I understand for the price, its okay.
Genuinely impressed my car was less clean than when it entered the wash. Paid for the “special” which apparently means power wash the dirt from the door jams all over the interior of a new Mercedes and then don’t wipe it off. Didn’t want to complain over a $40 detail (because I was foolish enough to tip) , but was greeted with a foul smell that was likely the “nu car” fragrance that made the review justified.
