Excellent place to rent at especially for Hopkins students/affiliates. Apartments are fully updated with high ceilings. Gated off street parking is available. Just a short walk to Johns Hopkins Hospital and walkable to Fells Point. I lived there for almost 2 years. Jordan is super nice and very helpful. I had no issues since she took over the property. Highly recommend plus the Ministry of Brewing is at your fingertips. :)
I lived here for a year. I think it is the best apartment around this district. The apartment manager Jordan is really helpful. One day I forgot my key to enter the building, I sent a message on Saturday night, She replied very quick and give me the access code. The buiding is also new, high celling, free parking.

My wife lives here and overall excellent location and apartments. Living next to ministry of brewing is a big plus.
**UPDATE: December 2022* The property owners, Corvus, regained management of the building and there have been positive changes since. • The internet was restored in the lounge and there have been no more heating or cooling issues there.
