Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Kind of, but it could have been better Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not really, my back hurt after my procedure Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

they did a wonderful job, except for my last visit,they did a filling, filed down a tooth to correct my bite. they said to keep an eye on the one they did the filling on and if it flares up to come back in... well i now have severe pain and swelling and i called them back and told me, sorry, we can schedule you in about 2 months or you can call us every morning to see if there is a cancellation, well, i cant put my every day on hold wondering if maybe i can get in,for one thing it takes me two hours to drive there,and you ca... read more
