I always liked to visit this Miniso to purchase some items but majority of the time the customer service of this place would be unprofessional. I didn’t think much of it until now with my recent visit. I attempted to make a purchase but there was nobody at the register at all. I thought somebody would come to assist but I waited for a few minutes as well as another costumer and NOBODY came. I ended up having to leave the items and the store since nobody was able to assist. Very unhappy and this was very unprofessional.

Bad service. I came into the store and was inside shopping. I was on my way to pay for my item when one of the employees came up to me with an angry attitude and said, “We’re closed. Are you going to pay or not?” I told her yes and continued to the register. As I was walking up, I heard another employee ask her to help me check out, but she refused, so someone else had to assist me. Her attitude was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Huge variety of options. They have everything from stationery items and collectibles in all different sizes to random mystery boxes and a ton of stuff I didn’t even know existed or needed until I started walking around. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the names of the employees working that day, but they were all really helpful while still giving us room to wander around and check everything out. A huge variety of options friendly staff and parking was very convenient. Prices are reasonable and they were very good quality for the price
