ZERO STARS. Unprofessional and unempathetic staff. My teen wanted to return an item costing less than $15. The front employee went to the back to get the store manager who was visibly angry when she greeted us. My teen had the paper receipt, the box, the unused item, the return was within the time limit, but the manager refused the return.
