I love shopping at Miniso! Their items are of good quality, but are still affordable, and their store is organized well! They often have different collaborations, such as the ongoing Disney and Sanrio collaboration items being present, as well as offering Calico Critters, Peanuts, and Miffy items! I had a great experience at Miniso. I bought some hair clips and they were really nice and good quality. The employee covering her head with scarf was very kind and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant visit.
They should not have the perfume, so close to the front registers. Adults and children on the autism spectrum get overwhelmed by strong odors due to sensory issues. It sends us into meltdowns. Please be considerate to people with disabilities and please move the perfumes.
This is by far my favourite store in Kingston, I just wish they had more BT21 items. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the store itself is really bright and welcoming. Every trip to the mall is a trip to Miniso so I hope it sticks around so a long time.
