Very friendly and professional staff. Very good and considerate. I had gone to another nail salon on the same block 3 times after moving to the area and one of the staff there was very rude and obnoxious to me because of my disability and scaring from those injuries. I will never go back to that salon.

I love the attention given to my cuticles. I've had mani's and pedi's at other places and they were ok but Mini Nails always does the best job.

This is my second time coming. The first time the two ladies did my nails and they did good. This time the man did my nails and OMG he is horrible at polishing/ doing nails. I can’t believe he thinks he did a good job.. waste of my time and money. Avoid if you want your nails to look good

They called an African American female difficult because she was asking questions about the services(and letting them know exactly what she wanted) and were extremely rude to her in front of multiple customers. They were also speaking in a different language so that nobody could understand what they were saying. Kelly(a nail tech) also told her she could go home and do her own nails because she was describing exactly how she wanted her nails. my overall experience is not friendly. To be specific I have been going for years and there have been times where I was not satisfied with the service prior to having Katie do my nails. I was encouraged to say something if I don’t like the nails so that’s what I did, just little things the nails being lumpy, even length, cuticle bleeds, etc. I always care about how I make the people who service me comfortable in during our encounter and ask if I’m being too picky.
