We have used Mini's Collision several times for repairs - from minor touch ups to Major fixes, we have always received excellent service. There work is done very well and in good time. I highly recommend them to all.
I was in an accident and had my car towed to Minis. The staff was very professional and got my my car back in a timely matter I would definitely go back to Minis if I ever need more work.
My family has used Minis Collision for years and they have been as dedicated to keeping us happy as any company could be! I would have to say they have small town family values and first class service.
MIni's is a great shop to deal with. They know what they are doing & do great work. Would not go anywhere else.
In response to Jen V's negative comment: The POLICE are the ones that called Mini's to impounded your vehicle & we can not control that. YOU are the one that can control that. I am sorry you are angry & feel the need to blame the tow company for what you did or didn't do. Take responsibility for your own actions & in the future a repeat of this can be avoided. If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism by the staff here. I was reading a Facebook post that a friend of mine had posted regarding the experience she had here Low and behold the staff has stalked her review she left on this page right back to my friends personal Facebook. They went above and beyond what anyone else would do for me. Very understanding, helpful, and willing to explain everything.
