Customer service, amazing. Not to mention a great range of high performance concrete products. I came to Chris at MACT with a architectural job with no product in mind and how to achieve our goal. He then specified the right product to use, and put me onto the right tradesman for our project. We have now formed and great relationship of 2 years and they have never let us down.
I have used a few products from other companies but have found the product from Mining and Cement Technology to be the most straight forward and easiest to use. Chris has also given me helpful advise making it more enjoyable and less stressful- thank you!
