I saw Dr Spencer after having a horrifying experience at another center. Although I experienced some growing pains in her office with a newer APP, I would still highly recommend this clinic. As a physician myself, I can assert that Dr Spencer is the kind of physician you want on your side. She listened to me, believed my symptoms, and reassured me that I was not broken.She is truly an expert in her field.
I was recently able to get a stent placed to address Mary-Thurner syndrome and so far my pelvic pain has been significantly improved! This surgery will change my life and I'm so thankful for this opportunity.
I got a stent placed December 2025 and still have pelvic pain/heaviness in my legs. They did an ultrasound of my legs and recommended an ablation in both legs. I decided to get a 2nd opinion with ECCO medical and they have someone who works there who got a stent with MIPS and still has issues with pain. The NP at ECCO said they don't measure stents well and use bigger ones when they shouldn't have. They have had many patients from MIPS come to them. make sure you get a written estimate before scheduling a procedure. I am still waiting on a refund check after 5 months after my procedure. I did get my refund check this month.
Stay away! If your time is valuable, I don't recommend this office. It took me an hour to complete their new patient forms, followed by another 35 minutes to set up an account on their portal and answer some more endless questionnaires. It was nerve-wracking. After that, I completed the consent forms, which took me an additional 10 minutes. I called the office to confirm they had everything needed for my appointment, and they assured me they did.
