I tried contacting the office to see if I could speak with someone about my poor experience and no one ever called me back. I saw an NP that works for Dr. McDermott a few weeks ago on suspicion on May Thurner Syndrome/ Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. The doctors might be world-class, but the system is a nightmare. Messaging requires multiple OTPs and expired codes. Imaging? They said mine wasn’t good enough, then reversed themselves after pushback. Appointments are confusing and not as scheduled, and the “30–45 minute” questionnaire is endless—repeats questions, crashes, and doesn’t save answers. Dr. Spencer aka "The vein whisperer", Laura McGilvery, NP, and all the staff at MIPS are incredible. Dr. Spencer has completely changed my quality of life. Dr. Spencer's expertise is uniquely and substantially detail oriented.
