Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I took time out of my schedule, showed up for an interview with their manager Chad, even did his manicure and never received a follow-up—no call, no email, no basic acknowledgment. Nothing. Weeks went by with total silence. It doesn’t take much effort to send a simple rejection or update, but clearly, respect and communication aren’t part of their values. There's a reason why MiniLuxe charges more and the manicures take more time; quality, cleanliness, professionalism. I've done the Gel-X extensions for a more dramatic look but typically get the builder gel and both are long-lasting and flawless. Their colors are the most unique I've seen and the nail artists' attention to detail is impeccable. Special thanks to Chant for his perfectionist style! You get what you pay for, and MiniLuxe is well worth it.
