Absolutely beyond disappointed with MiniLuxe Newton Center. A customer for two years, went in to get my usual gel manicure and was convinced to try their “Performance Polish”... these are my nails after 24 hours!! The District Manager would only offer 1) a re-do of Performance Polish which I clearly would not want to repeat given this outcome or 2) $10 off next visit. I should be able to at least come back for my gel polish and pay the difference in price or in my opinion not pay at all. They refused. I would NOT recommend M... read more
They're great. Really. But way way too expensive. Too bad.
I am given them 3 stars because they don' t have Essie an Opi nali polishes. So you are stocked with the Mini Luxe brand nail polishes which is pretty bad. Not even with a good base it last more than two days. i love my manicurist so from now on I'll have to bring my own Essie and Opi until I find another place.
Friendly and professional staff. Very clean and comfortable space.
