The staff was very friendly, but seems like there’s a wide spread in terms of talent… I booked for a gel x fill, and ended up with a new set of acrylics. When they pulled out the acrylic powder I reiterated that I had asked for gel, they said that acrylic would be better so I agreed. When they finished shaping, I asked why there wasn’t an apex and the person said that I should have asked for that earlier. I usually love going to this place I don’t mind the prices because the past maybe 2-3 times I’ve gone they’ve lasted me very well shape color and everything, but upon to recently last week that I went in and it’s just been a week and the shape is mostly gone, the color I guess he didn’t put the top coat right there’s parts that look matte and the polish is uneven a bit bumpy. I am very disappointed with my results. This was my first time coming to this salon and I got dip nails. The width of my nails (from the dip) varied in size, and was very thick. They hardly filled them down. My biggest issue was that the gel topcoat peeled off on each nail in about 3 days. I've never had that happen at any other salon before, which leads me to believe the manicurist who did my nails over cured my nails with too much gel. I don't believe I will be returning to this salon.
