They do not communicate at all. Reted my unit on the 1st of the month over the phone. They took my payment as a direct withdrawal from my checking account. The man said everything went through but apparently the following day they received an error about the withdrawal. Nothing said to me. I received an email on the 21st that says I'm locked out because I owe them 2 months rent plus late fees and if not paid by the 6th my stuff will be sold of disposed of.
