Here's a question for anyone in the Minidoka County Area. Why is the CEO Of the hospital afraid to hear the TRUTH about certain employees who have not been 100% honest with him on all matters, such as these employees wrong doings towards MANY especially within the clinic? the rn was nice and the dr was nice to but the lady at the front desk is so rude
I had excellent care when I was admitted to the hospital back in April. There's a few people in there that are a little gruff at times but I think that's just they're way of not getting attached. My birthday is on May 3rd. I had a cupcake on my lunch tray with a candle on it. A bunch of the staff came in and sang Happy Birthday to me plus they had taken a collection up to buy me a potted plant. I think a person just has to know how to deal with the difficult staff. The staff in the emergency room are very rude and unpleasant. You could be in excruciating pain and they will not help you. They will tell you there is nothing they are going to do and walk out of the room. This is a hospital, NOT!!! more like an over priced bandaid shop.
Need to do serious improvement on how they are with people!!! Poor service
