I was so appreciative of the care the team took in informing me and double checking regarding the product’s packaging. It shows they really care. I had an amazing experience at Minidisc! The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed while I was testing different headphones. Every time I asked to try another pair, they were happy to assist right away, even if they were in the middle of something else.
