I had an amazing experience at Minidisc! The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed while I was testing different headphones. Every time I asked to try another pair, they were happy to assist right away, even if they were in the middle of something else. The store had a wide selection of headphones and audio gear, and the listening area was comfortable and well-organized, making it easy to properly test each pair. Saga continues... Update #1: 4 months in, after this review, MiniDisk reached for me to purchase an extra pair of the same headphones, while they will reimburse me on the price difference between the unknown repair quote and the price of those new headphones (I could only assume they would have sold repaired ones as refurbished). Judge for yourself if that's a fair offer or not. Update #2: I declined the MiniDisk's offer to pay for the extra pair and opened a case with the NSW Fair Trading to ask for the full reimbursement. ... read more
