The purchase process was great, and the shipping was acceptable. However, the after sales service is terrible. I have a "scratched" pair of headphones which I contacted minidisc about and I was told that I would need to wait 4-6 weeks for a repair or replacement under ACL. Under ACL, I am eligible for a replacement straight away as this it is not even a week old, and if I had know I would be getting a "scratched" product, I would not have purchased it. Shame really, I thought this was a good store to deal with till now.
Bought earphones, headphones, DACs and accessories more than 10 years from here. It all started with Minidisc, the most important shop in my life. This shop delivers very consistently.
Easily one of the best retail experiences of my life. I walked in expecting the usual music store elitism — instead, I got space, kindness, and genuine conversation. What can I say….just wow. Absolutely amazing customer service from Minidisc with lightning speed fulfilment times. I was so appreciative of the care the team took in informing me and double checking regarding the product’s packaging. It shows they really care. Also, wow, it’s blown my mind how I got my headphones in less than 24hrs seeing that I live in rural NSW! So impressed beyond words and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I have been shopping here for the last seven years. I have not found any location in Sydney that you can extensively try out all brands of headphones before you purchase them. Trying before you buy is important for audio quality and for comfort. The team at Minidisc are experts in the field of personal audio.
