The purchase process was great, and the shipping was acceptable. However, the after sales service is terrible. I have a "scratched" pair of headphones which I contacted minidisc about and I was told that I would need to wait 4-6 weeks for a repair or replacement under ACL. Under ACL, I am eligible for a replacement straight away as this it is not even a week old, and if I had know I would be getting a "scratched" product, I would not have purchased it. Shame really, I thought this was a good store to deal with till now.

A small shop but packed with a great range of gear to demo with helpful staff, places to sit, and good vibes. I bought a pair from here, but I'm still hunting for another pair so I'll be returning regularly to try more headphones out!

I have been shopping here for the last seven years. I have not found any location in Sydney that you can extensively try out all brands of headphones before you purchase them. Trying before you buy is important for audio quality and for comfort. The team at Minidisc are experts in the field of personal audio. They gave me valuable advice, I was able to try out ANC BT headphones in a peaceful , calm environment and they were very patient with me. This company is just awesome. Went over and above to fix a problem with my Digital Audio Player, even though it was long out of warranty. It saved me having to send it overseas for repair. Highly recommend buying from Minidisc.
