I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Minichiello Jewellers as I was looking around to get an engagement ring created. Danny and all of the staff were so helpful throughout the process and the ring turned out to be perfect. My now wife and I went back to get our wedding bands from here also. 10/10 service and quality - would highly recommend!
I have purchased a ring from this fabulous company back in 2009 for the first time and again very recently. They are so kind, courteous, fair, understanding, and wonderful. To be clear, the service Danny provided was great. It was pleasant dealing with him. His customer service was 5 out of 5. Prior to Danny, one of the sales associate lady there couldn't even differentiate different pave settings. The craftmanship for custom made engagement ring by their jewler is below mediocre. We had to get them to rectify some details, and it seems in doing so one of the prong was poorly soldered. I can also see the dents caused from the pliers. Inner part of the prong and pave is not properly polished. Ha... read more
