Being a long term customer, I was a bit upset to get a notice that my rent was going up again and it was going to be out of my price range. Your employee, JAY, was an absolute star, and helped me not only stay with Mini U Storage, but gave me information about the newer building. I was able to sign a new rental lease to move from the older building to the newer building and save some money too. I stored my colletables and all my fragile belongings here. The unit was broken into before I even had a rent due. They got over 10k of my valued possessions many rare and almost impossible to replace. The owner was no help didn’t even call the police . Crystal at the front seemed very guilty I was told none of the cameras worked even so the wouldn’t help the detective on the case eiather! Don’t store here unless u can lose your things and don’t care!

All I can say is thay the service was amazing here! Location is prime spot and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place. Staff is reallly nice and helpful. They were able to give me all my options available and made sure it fits my price range. I was able to physically see the different size of rooms that I could choose from. Do not hesitate to ask any questions as they are happy to answer them for you. They made my moving much easy and very Thankful for their help. Go check them out!
