Great customer service. Managers are great. They took care of me well above expectations. Wonderful management.
tl;dr --- I reached out for a service, they charged me without doing anything, and now I'll have to go up against them in court. I wanted a solution and Mini U Storage brought me a big, expensive and time-consuming problem. ***** I BELIEVE THESE WERE UNETHICAL ACTIONS BY Mini U Storage. Charging me without providing access. No contract was signed. They sent me a bill anyway. This will have to go to court and I received no services from this company. RUN AWAY from this place and it's people.
