VERY friendly folk who really want to help. Not all places are run like this! Very fast and easy to secure a storage unit. Reasonable prices and great service--other places should take note of how this is done!!
Review the BBB before renting a storage unit from this facility. They seem to have had some problems at this facility.
First off when you walk in the people are smiling, happy to see you and ready to help. The units are perfectly priced and they are clean. I love the free use of a truck and the sports tickets.
I checked the local storage facilities for comparison before renting a unit here. I am very happy with my choice. Good prices, clean and well maintained, and very friendly staff. I even got Nuggets tickets for renting a unit. You won't find a better deal.

Mini U Storage is great! Cost and location was a concern but they offer first month bonuses as well as free sporting event tickets, On top of that, the service is wonderful. The owners are willing to take the time to figure out what unit is best for you. Highly recommended!
Great facility! – I was looking at a couple other storage facilities before I decided going with Mini-U-Storage. While cost is always a concern, there were several reasons why I decided to rent a storage unit from Mini-U. First, the staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent Experience at mini u storage – This place has everything you need to store your stuff and they made it so easy for me to get started. I got a free truck for most of the day to get my stuff there and the first months rent was almost nothing. Dont waste your time everywhere else, this place has what you need.
Great Staff! – We have had a great experience with the staff and they were very helpful in finding us the right sized storage unit for our needs. Plus the Rockies tickets are a plus!
