What a great experience . I came in the office feeling a tad bit anxious. Diane and Bill were so understanding with my situation and told me to take my time and they were very patient. I felt comfortable and safe. Bill took me to see the unit to make sure my belongings would fit . Bill was very thorough and had answers for all my questions . Mini U Storage is hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever utilized. Everything is clean, easily accessible, and the prices can’t be beat. Bill was SO kind and accommodating. We’re very happy with our decision to rent here, and will definitely recommend to everyone we know!
